The Nutri-Physical is an online questionnaire, designed by a team of physicians, to determine the best nutritional program for you, based on your lifestyle and current health profile. You can take the Nutri-Physical any time at your convenience. The nutritional recommendations are completely optional. If you choose, you can purchase supplements directly from the recommendations, or even create your own custom supplement blend.

Note: Your Nutri-Physical answers are completely private. They will be used by the automated program to create a nutritional regimen recommendation. We will be notified of your nutritional recommendations solely for the purpose of providing guidance and answering any questions you may have.
